Requirements for your application
The works for the energy rehabilitation of homes are designed for single-family homes or belonging to multi-family buildings.
Investment actions in thermal generators that use fossil fuels will not be subsidized.
The home for which the aid is requested must be the habitual residence of the owners, usufructuaries or tenants.
The works may not exceed 12 months from the granting of the aid and must be completed before June 30, 2026.
How long do I have to request these aids?
